Band screen is a kind of water treatment equipment which can continuously and automatically intercept and remove impurities in the fluid produced by Tianniwei. It is widely used in municipal sewage treatment, especially in printing and dyeing wastewater, and can remove fibrous garbage. At present, it is one of the more advanced solid-liquid separation equipment.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

During working, the reduction gear installed on frame’s positive-going output shaft rotates geneva wheel, then rotates the chains on filter screen’s two sides, then sewage held on the filter screen goes up to top of machine with the rotation of filter screen.

Through the rotation of filter screen, most of sewage falls off by gravity, rest a little of sewage falls off by the flushing device. After the waste water flows into the tank between filter screen, it will automatically discharge out of machine.
