Disc Air Diffuser is a kind of Horizontal spindle type surface aeration device, the brushing disks are fixed uniformly into the principal axis. The brushing disks start rotating along with the principal axis under drive of driving unit and water mixing, water drops are thrown into the air and finish the aerobic process. It promotes the circulating flow in oxidation ditch.
Disc air diffuser is used to increase oxygen content in wastewater treatment. As the air passes through the device, it is divided into countless small bubbles.
1.The aeration disc gland is designed with a protrusion downward along the end, and there are several bars on the lower side of the protrusion and inside the groove of the supporting coil. The diaphragm line diameter is thickened to 10mm. After product assembly, the gland is raised to firmly fix the diaphragm in the groove of the support disc, and the rib strip is also trapped in the internal rubber diaphragm to firmly seal and grasp the diaphragm to prevent the diaphragm from falling off.
2.The root of disc aerator thread is treated intensively to prevent the thread fracture.
The optimized design of air passage structure and expansion of stomatal area, as well as the corner chamfering design reduce the resistance loss of products in the working state.
3.There are 6 "L" shaped grasping bars around the outer cover of the aerator gland. It can prevent the diaphragm from falling off due to the creep of plastic gland caused by the dilatation pressure of the membrane for a long time under the working condition of the aerator.
